Stress and its Effects on Young People Today

Are you feeling stressed? The term stress can be used in many ways because stress can be a good and a bad thing. Feeling pressured, managing your time, school such as exams and projects. People are dying from over thinking. They fill their brains with harsh thoughts and it brings the body down. I understand adults face more stressful activities then teens or young people. They work to feed their kids, give shelter, and give them education for a better tomorrow. Although most youth don't understand the troubles and stress parents can go through. You also have to keep in mind how you handle stress individually. Some people are very low-key that stress does not even register, while others can feel completely stressed out over the smallest thing. It helps, though, to know how to distinguish between good and bad forms of stress.

Stress, it is a never ending feeling people have to deal with. What stresses me out is procrastination for my projects, not understanding Mr. Mendozas lessons, and my younger sister. Having to deal with dance and school can be difficult because my instructors don't seem to understand that education comes first, this is when time management comes to place however; things may change at any time. As  for my sister she currently attends John F. Kennedy as a freshman, it can be such a stress for trying to make sure that she is okay and not into any trouble.

If There were No Rules

If I were to wake up one day without any rules, I would go to every mall and shop for all the finest things that I may never use but I'll get them anyways. This would be the best chance to get anything I want without worrying about using all my parents money. I can also get the food from my favorite places without paying for what I just ate. A day without any rules is everyone's dream but can never happen, however anything can happen with the world we have today.

Another thing I would do if there were no rules, I don not have my license yet, but I would drive around the island and go site seeing and  even get myself a nice new car. I can also get a free ticket and fly myself to Paris, Tokyo, Korea, and China. My biggest dream is to go to Disneyland and if one day there were no rules the first thing I would do is fly myself to Disneyland and have a blast.
